Medical centers in Uzbekistan run on a patchwork of disconnected systems — clinical MIS from one vendor, lab from another, cashier, CRM, and spreadsheets filling the gaps. Data is duplicated, lost, or simply unavailable when needed. MISS was created to end this. One system where every module works with one patient record, one database, and one AI agent.

MISS was not built as a traditional MIS with AI added later. The Cortex AI agent was part of the architecture from the first line of code. This means Cortex does not stand beside the modules — it works on top of all of them, with access to the same data the doctor sees. 90 clinical tools, 26 domains, 9 RBAC roles.

The system is fully localized in Russian, Uzbek, and English — not just translated labels, but terminological modules verified for clinical accuracy in each language.

Uzbekistan is undergoing massive healthcare digitization. The national DMED platform already stores medical data for more than 36 million citizens. Presidential decrees (PF-88 and PK-185, May 2025) set the reform program, with 20 billion soum allocated for phased transition to international licensing and accreditation standards. More than 3,000 medical organizations are connected to the unified digital health network. MISS is built to work within this ecosystem.
